Moments of inspiration
Beate saw flying poppies, fields and meadows while gliding on the motorbike,
creating landscape carpets in her mind. When asked where she had been – physically sitting on the pillion – the driver didn’t notice any physical external movements for a while, mentally immersed in the painterly inspirations of colourful nature, how to translate them into silk, colour and structure, was the inner impulse.
